Live within 250 miles of Hawaii Blue Medical Aesthetics (so we can bring you in easily for treatments);
Have a very strong social media presence;
Agree to let Hawaii Blue use your name, image and/or submission video on our website and social media;
Agree to send us weekly content to post on social media if chosen as the Face of Hawaii Blue. (Three photos and one video less than 60 seconds long.)

It doesn’t matter if you’re tall or short, thick or thin, black or white. If you think you represent what Hawaii Blue stands for, then we want you!

The winner will be promoted in our social media and on our website.
